Customer Service Advisor - duties will include dealing with incoming telephone callls, e-mails, faxes, Internet queries and written correspondence, responding to enquiries, queries and processing orders. £16,500 per annum.
 
FULL TIME TEMPORARY POSITIONS

DATA INPUTTER - NORTHAMPTON TOWN CENTRE - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £6.50 PER HOUR. High quality data inputters required for minimum 4 week contract. Must have good written and verbal communication skills and adhere to a confidentiality agreement.

SERVICE IMPROVEMENT OFFICER - NORTHAMPTON TOWN CENTRE - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £13.00 PER HOUR. Will need knowledge of Housing Legislation as well as knowledge of Local Authority Housing Association, must also have negotiation and consultation skills. Planning and Project Management experience would be a bonus.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT - RUSHMILLS - 9AM TO 5PM - £7.25 PER HOUR. Duties to include; planning, managing and prioritising the workload of department head to maintain a high quality service. Make and schedule appointments and arrangements for events and activities. Must have excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience in Excel, Powerpoint and Word is essential.

SENIOR CORPORATE LAWYER - NORTHAMPTON TOWN CENTRE - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £25 PER HOUR. Must be a qualified solicitor, preferably experience within local government.

PROJECT MANAGER - NR. MEREWAY, NORTHAMPTON - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £12 PER HOUR. MINIMUM 12 MONTH CONTRACT. Must have project management background with proven experience of delivering not only technology but also seeing through changes to the organisations processes and culture.

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - NORTHAMPTON TOWN CENTRE - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £6.75 PER HOUR. Must have experience of using Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

TEAM ASSISTANT - NORTHAMPTON - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £8 PER HOUR. 12 MONTH CONTRACT. Duties will include: Booking meetings for the team, arranging hospitality, monitoring stationery etc. Must have experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.

AUDIOTYPIST - LITCHBOROUGH - 9AM TO 4.30PM- £7.50 PER HOUR. Legal experience useful but not essential.

HOMELESSNESS OFFICER - NORTHAMPTON TOWN CENTRE - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £15 PER HOUR. Must be familiar with the Housing Act and have housing experience.

RECEPTIONIST - BEDFORD ROAD, NORTHAMPTON - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £6.25 PER HOUR. Someone flexible with a caring attitude to cover reception and general admin duties. Must have good knowledge of Excel and Word. Must have excellent communication skills witha good telephone manner.

HOUSING ADVISOR - NORTHAMPTON TOWN CENTRE - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £15 PER HOUR. Must have knowledge of the Housing Act and have a housing background.

INFORMATION UNIT RESEARCHER - NORTHAMPTON - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £6.42 PER HOUR. Experience of dealing with highly confidential information is essential, as is being able to deal with tight deadlines. Knowledge of the Data Protection acts would be advantageous.

HOUSING NEEDS MANAGER - NORTHAMPTON TOWN CENTRE - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £18 PER HOUR. Must have knowledge of the Housing Act and a housing background. Also must have management experience.

SCHOOL APPEALS ASSISTANT - TOWN CENTRE - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £6.25 PER HOUR. Looking for someone who pays a particular attention to detail. Must have admin experience.

ADMIN ASSISTANT - KETTERING - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £6.25 PER HOUR. Looking for someone with good communication skills, who will be able to enter data quickly and accurately. Will also need experience with Excel and Word.

TEMP TO PERM ADMINISTRATOR - SYWELL - 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK - £7 PER HOUR increasing to £7.25 PER HOUR following training. Requires use of in house system. Experience of general administration needed.

CLERK/TYPIST - WESTON FAVELL - 37 HOURS PER WEEK - £6.42 PER HOUR. Excellent keyboard skills required.

PART TIME TEMPORARY POSITIONS

RECEPTIONIST - ABINGTON, NORTHAMPTON - 4PM TO 9PM (Wed & Thurs) 4PM TO 7.30PM (Fri) Previous experience and good telephone manner essential.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT - NORTHAMPTON - 9AM TO 1.30PM - £7.25 PER HOUR Must be experienced in diary management and general office duties and must be fully aware of the code of confidentiality. Will need good organisational and communicative skills. Plus experience with Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

TEMP TO PERM - OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICES - MOULTON PARK - 4.30PM TO 8.30PM (Mon to Thurs) 10AM TO 2PM (Sat) - £8 PER HOUR. Mature attitude and previous customer services experience required.

ADMINISTRATOR - BRACKMILLS - 9.30AM TO 3.30PM - £6.50 PER HOUR. Duties to include answering phones, filing and organising diaries. Experience of Excel, Word and Outlook needed.

LEARNING SUPPORT COORDINATOR - NORTHAMPTON - 9AM TO 3PM - £6.42 PER HOUR. Duties to include sending out application packs, arranging interviews and general admin tasks. Must have customer services experience and knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

TEMP TO PERM - ADMINISTRATOR - CROW LANE INDUSTRIAL PARK - 1.30PM TO 5.30PM Excellent rate of pay - depending on experience. Sage experience would be advantageous to create invoices. Must be numerate & familiar with inches and millimetres sizes. Dealing with both warehouse and office staff. Will need to have experience of MS Word and Excel.

TEMP TO PERM - RECEPTIONIST - GRANGE PARK - 8AM TO 1PM - £7 PER HOUR. Duties to include covering switchboard, greeting visitors and general administration duties.

TEMP TO PERM - RECEPTIONIST - DENTON - 4PM TO 8PM (Mon) 7.45AM TO 5PM (Thurs and Fri) - £7.20 PER HOUR. Duties include greeting visitors, booking appointments and answering phones. Must have a polite telephone manner. To start in June.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT - THE LAKES - 25 HOURS PER WEEK (9AM TO 2PM) - £6.25 PER HOUR. Must have good data entry and communication skills. Experience in Word and Excel required.

ACCOUNTS TECHNICIAN - NORTHAMPTON - 25 HOURS PER WEEK - £9 PER HOUR. Must have an accounts receivable/billing background, with good knowledge of Excel.

Below are a few tips that might help you when you are compiling your c.v.:

Always use headings such as qualifications, education, job history and objectives

List the main skills and duties you have developed in previous employment

Do some research on the companies you're applying to and match your c.v. to their job specifications

Don't leave any gaps-explain periods of unemployment, illness etc

Mention any additional qualifications you may have - i.e. languages, driving, computing, etc

When you've finished always do a spelling and grammar check. Never send in a handwritten c.v., make sure it is neatly typed or preferably done on a word processor.

Ensure all the personal details you have entered are up-to-date: address, phone numbers, dates of employment etc.

Always be concise - keep to two sheets of paper and use one side only.
